Choose the place and your dates. You see the price at once; we hold the dates and confirm them by e-mail within 48 hours.

Prices and terms

Sylván, price for the whole house per night

• Regular dates, minimum 2 nights: 9,600 CZK per night
• Regular dates from 3 nights: 8,600 CZK per night
• Peak dates (Pochod slováckými vinohrady, K Nechorám do sklepa, zarážání hory, krojované vinobraní, Easter, Christmas and New Year), minimum 3 nights: 9,600 CZK per night
• A one-night stay is possible by arrangement.
• Breakfast from local ingredients delivered to the door: 350 CZK per person, ordered in advance.

Deposit, balance and security deposit

• A deposit of 50 % of the price is due within 5 days of booking, the balance at the latest 7 days before arrival.
• Bookings made less than 7 days ahead are paid in full.
• A refundable security deposit of 10,000 CZK is paid with the balance and returned within 5 days of departure if the house is left without damage.

Cancellation terms

• More than 28 days before arrival: free cancellation, the deposit is refunded in full.
• 28 to 15 days before arrival: half of the deposit is kept (25 % of the price).
• 14 to 8 days before arrival: the whole deposit is kept (50 % of the price).
• 7 days or less before arrival, or no-show: 100 % of the price.
